Legendary comedian Don Rickles dies at age 90

Legendary comedian Don Rickles passed away at age 90 on Thursday morning at his home in Los Angeles from kidney failure according to his publicist Paul Shefrin.

Rickles appeared in numerous films including “Casino,” “Dirty Work,” “The Rat Race,” “Quest for Camelot,” “Pajama Party,” “X: The Man with the X-Ray Eyes” and most recently, the voice of Mr. Potato Head in Disney/Pixar’s “Toy Story” films.

He also had a prolific TV career having guested on numerous series like “The Munsters,” “The Wild Wild West,” “The Beverly Hillbillies,” “I Dream of Jeannie,” The Lucy Show,” “Gilligan’s Island,” “Get Smart,” “The Addams Family,” “F Troop,” “Sanford and Son,” “Tales from the Crypt,” and “The Twilight Zone.”

Rickles is survived by his wife of 52 years, two children and two grandchildren. GWK would like to send our condolences to the friends and family of the Rickles family.
