Netflix has released a short teaser video for their upcoming Marvel event series “The Defender” titled “Midland Circle Security Elevator B”. The video also revealed the premiere date of August 18th.

Marvel Television and Netflix announced today that acclaimed film and TV director S.J. Clarkson (“Marvel’s Jessica Jones,” “Orange is the New Black”) will direct the first two episodes of the Netflix original series “Marvel’s The Defenders.” Clarkson will also serve as an Executive Producer on the 8-episode limited series.
