Singer-Songwriter Leonard Cohen dead at 82

Influential Canadian singer, songwriter and poet Leonard Cohen died earlier today on Nov. 10, 2016 at the age of 82. Cohen’s death was confirmed on the singer’s Facebook page by Sony Music Canada.

“Fantastic Beasts & Where to Find Them” Title Theme Released

The official title theme music for the upcoming “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” was recently released on Pottermore. James Newton Howard starts the theme with a little of the “Harry Potter” motif created by John Williams but crafts it into a wonderful piece.

Sony A.I. writes a new pop song, and it’s pretty good.

I’ll admit it.  When it come to my musical prowess, I stink. I can fake it thanks to GarageBand, but now I don’t have to because,  Sony scientists have dropped a track called “Daddy’s Car” that was composed by an A.I. system called Flow Machines. And you know what? It’s pretty good.
